What data we process and why

Do not ask for or share sensitive data (health, banking details, identity documents) in the conversation with Pulpi: it is not needed and is not included in the summary.
Use of artificial intelligence
Pulpi is an artificial intelligence assistant, and this is stated at all times. It processes your messages to understand your enquiry, suggest automations and structure a summary. It does not make decisions with legal effects on you; contact and any proposal are handled by a person at Pulpomind. We choose a model provider whose policy does not use your messages to train its models.
How long we keep the data
- If you only asked for the mini-report: 12 months from the day it was sent, if you do not interact with us again.
- Contacts who asked to speak with us and their summaries: while your enquiry is being handled and, afterwards, up to 2 years from the last contact, unless you withdraw your consent or ask for deletion sooner. If you become a client, the data is kept for the length of the relationship and the legal periods that follow.
- The full transcript of the conversation is not stored; only the summary.
- Technical logs (including the IP used for the usage limit): 30 days.
Who processes your data (processors)
To provide the service we use providers that process data on behalf of Pulpomind, under a data processing agreement:

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may process data outside the European Union (for example Vercel, Anthropic, Cal.com, Google and Telegram). These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The website's functions run in Frankfurt (EU) and the usage limit is stored in an EU database. For more information, write to our contact email.
We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties, except where required by law.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, and withdraw your consent, by writing to hola@pulpomind.com and stating which right you want to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
To correct your name, company or phone you don't need to write to us: use «Update my details» in the Pulpi chat. We send a single-use link to your email (valid for 30 minutes) to check it's you, and the changes are noted on your record. The email cannot be changed because it is the key we identify you by; if you need to use another one, write to us.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections, restricted access to data, service keys only on the server and minimisation of the data we store.
