Purpose

This website provides information about Pulpomind's services: the design and rollout of artificial-intelligence automations for businesses. It also lets you get in touch or book a diagnostic call.

Terms of use

Access to this website is free and open. Anyone using it agrees to make proper use of its contents and not to use them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith. The conversational assistant (Pulpi) should only be used for enquiries related to Pulpomind's services.

Content and indicative information

The automation examples (UMAs) show what Pulpomind can build and are not specific client cases. The results of the savings calculator are indicative estimates based on typical values and on the data the user enters; they are not an offer or a guarantee of results. Pulpi's answers, being generated by artificial intelligence, may contain inaccuracies and do not replace Pulpomind's advice in a call or formal proposal. The prices shown («from») are indicative; the final price is set in a fixed quote.

Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, designs, logos, the Pulpi mascot and all other elements of this site belong to Pulpomind or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior authorisation is not allowed, except for personal, private use.

External links

This site may include links to third-party sites (for example, the booking service). Pulpomind is not responsible for their content or policies.

Liability

Pulpomind does not guarantee the continuous availability of the site and will not be liable for damages arising from interruptions, technical errors or the use made of the published information, except where the law provides otherwise.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable rules.
